I had to purchase a Garmin for work when they required the longitude and latitude of properties I inspected. I don't think it was accurate but it got me to the street address quicker, in most cases.
It is sweet to enter an address into a smart phone and get verbal directions, especially in heavy traffic. I've disabled too much now that it doesn't work after leaving the office. I have the map but it does not know where I am it seems, so does not tell me where to turn, etc.
Young people rely heavily on these conveniences so the least I can do it help them understand the propaganda they are receiving. If they process it one time they cannot 'unsee' it.
I'm not too fond of 'little' pharma either. I use aspirin sparingly and more an anti-inflammatory than pain med. None at all is preferred.
The enemy can be busy even in seemingly "good" things. Anything other that God's instructions for the day diverts His purpose, however well intentioned.
