Predictions for 2021 or 2022?

Well....just going to park these here to revisit later.

My prediction is that there will be mass migration from California in the next few years. 
A bit like the dust bowl once forced migration, combined with the great depression.

I have new neighbors. Chinese. Looks like they've brought their slave labor along.  Nothing to do with these links, but, they are buying land as fast as it hits the market, offering full price and higher before locals can act.
