Yeh, get rid of it, It was only to promised to get areas of the country to join the Union Insuring their they would count and states like  New York and California wouldn't choose the President ~ without the College there would be no reason to count the votes in less populated states ~ Anyway they've joined ~ No reason to keep a promise we made years ago ```

Yeh, and lets Federalize the Voting System as well so States like Montana will have no more say than Isbo Island ```
