Wow, one of your recipes call for 'Bobs Red Mill' Flour

I'm sittin here right now lookin at a Nice Pretty unopened box of 'Bobs Red Mill' textured vegetable protein powder containing 4-12 Oz packages from Milwaukee OR. that I purchased here in TX last week.
