In the following clip, China-In-Focus' Tiffany Meier sat down with Casey Fleming, CEO of intelligence and security strategy firm BlackOps Partners.

He sheds light on the recent reports that TikTok can monitor keystrokes, what kind of information TikTok is getting, and what the Chinese regime can do with that.

“What people need to understand is that TikTok is a military application.

It’s a weaponized espionage application to get every bit of information they possibly can off the phone, which they do - your whereabouts, how you go about your day, your access to other people, access to technology, intellectual property, and things that you can be blackmailed on, and so on.

So people need to understand that TikTok is a weaponized military application in the hands of our middle schoolers, our kids, our high school kids, and our young adults.”

He added the Chinese regime “can use that information really, number one, the most important thing is to steal intellectual property. Secondly, to blackmail. Thirdly, it’s a propaganda platform."

"You can see all these TikTok challenges, and most of them are very dangerous to our children - to steal cars, to do challenges … we’ve lost a lot of kids to these TikTok challenges that come up about once a month.

A gated neighborhood in an upscale Tampa suburb is a strange place to send your carburetors for rebuilding. The shop sits in the three-car garage of a lovely home, alongside a similarly lovely turquoise 1957 Chevrolet Nomad wagon. There is a long table with some chairs, and a workbench is parked next to a couple of soda blasters. All is lit by florescent bulbs overhead.

This the modest domain of Riley’s Rebuilds, a carburetor rebuilding service headed by Riley Schlick.

Riley is a 17-year-old girl: A surfing, skating, soccer-playing, Jeep-driving high school senior. Four of her high school friends, all girls, have learned to rebuild carburetors, rounding out the staff of Riley’s Rebuilds. Ship them your worn-out carburetor, and they’ll ship it back soda-blasted, ultrasonic-cleaned and rebuilt to original specifications.

On what planet is this happening?

Here on Earth, actually, where a girl with a screwdriver, a drill, and some wrenches can earn “really good money,” Riley says.

Riley has always been interested in cars, starting out “holding the flashlight for my dad.” When she was 14, she told her parents, who are both in the medical field, that she wanted to buy a car that she could rebuild, getting it ready for when she was old enough to drive. Her parents said it needed to have a manual transmission, not go above 80 mph, and have a real roll bar. The logical answer was a manual-transmission, four-cylinder Jeep.

To buy it, she needed a job, and the only place that would hire a 14-year-old is a local grocery chain. No, her father said, we’re going to go out in the garage and figure out a way to make money. Hence the carburetor rebuilding operation, which has been in business for three years.

- Leading up to Gideon

The book of Judges is a book about us in a lot of ways. 

When we accept Jesus in our hearts as our Lord and Savior and our souls are lit on fire for the Lord, we hunger and thirst after righteous and the word of God. 
As time goes on, if we are not engaged in spiritual growth, seeking the things of God, reading His word,  praying with commitment, fellowshipping with God’s children, spreading the gospel when the opportunity presents itself  and doing things for God’s kingdom, then we can grow sluggish spiritually, getting caught up in the things and cares of this life and apostate. 

This is the state of the children of Israel in the book of Judges.

In Chapter 1 and the first part of chapter 2,  Joshua  and that generation of the children of Israel, younger than 20 years old that came out of Egypt, those that did not perish in the wilderness, they saw the wonders and the great things God did in Egypt and upon the Egyptians, delivering the children of Israel out of bondage, drowning the Egyptian army, wonders in the wilderness by feeding them, giving them water to drink, leading them by a cloud by day and a fire by night, many other things and then bringing them into the promised land.

But there were some things that the children of Israel of that generation didn’t do that God told them to do.  They didn’t kill the old inhabitants of the land of Canaan or drive them out of the land but left them in the land, and the inhabitants of the land  polluted the minds and hearts of the younger Jews, the children of Israel that were to young, that hadn’t seen God's wonder and power which He did in the wilderness. 

In our case, the inhabitance, or our land that the Lord wants to inhabit, is our hearts, our minds and our thoughts.  God doesn’t want to have the devil in our hearts or thoughts, not even a little bit, you give the devil an inch, he’ll take a mile; let him get a toe in the door he will fight to be in all the way before you know it; inside, lock, stock and barrel.  What fellowship does light have with darkness, the Spirit of God with the presence of demons?  None.

Judges 2
[1] And an angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you.
[2] And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this?
[3] Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.
[4] And it came to pass, when the angel of the LORD spake these words unto all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voice, and wept.

That was the Jews then, but for us it would be like not resisting the devil, or driving out of our hearts all the things of the old life, the old man of sin within our hearts, our old characteristics, but leaving a little bit of the old desires, the old ways in our hearts (see below the fruits of the flesh**), polluting our minds and thoughts, allowing them to dwell and abide in us. 

God said to ‘Resist the devil’, to ‘Flee the very appearance of evil’, a ‘little leaven, leavens the whole lump’.  Don’t give in, not even a second.  How many times have I heard in my ear, “ relax, take it easy, then when I let down my guard, 5 minutes later my mind is in trouble. 

Gal. 5
[9] A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

The devil doesn’t want much, just a little, “oh come on man, quit being so strict, you’re the only one who doesn’t do it, you and a few of the nat-strainers, you’re like the nerdy christians”.  The enemy just wants you to stretch the borders of you resistance a little (today!!), tomorrow to walk a little more liberal and stretch the borders of you resistance just a little . 

Sounds like Eve in the garden, “come on Eve, you won’t die”.

That’s why Paul told us these things also:

[11] Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
2 Cor 10
[5] Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

satan is always trying to exalt himself above God, whether in heaven, in earth or the in minds of every man, woman and child, especially in the minds of God’s children.  he knows when the knowledge of God is flowing in our minds, our heart and mind is filled with peace, from the Prince of Peace and with Power, because the Holy Spirit is in us, and as God's Word says, 
Zech.4
[6] "Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD"

[2] Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

The knowledge of God, not just when we read or take a prayer hour, but as we walk, we work, we play, in the field, at home and with our friends and acquaintance, God's knowledge present and flowing in our minds.  When our thoughts on stayed on God our Father and the Lord Jesus, then this that was written is true,

[7] For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

I love what Paul said, we  are “not as one that beats the air”, but every punch is landing, hitting the mark.  Because this life is a fight, and our God gives us the victory in our Champion Jesus;

[12] Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

[7] I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

God told the children of Israel to destroy all those that inhabit the land, and they didn’t.  They were left in the land influencing the children of Israel, even when the children were stronger and ruling them,  the old inhabitants did perverse things openly, polluting the minds of the children of Israel.  Then the Jewish people wanted to follow the old inhabitants of the land, because their ways were pleasing to the flesh.  The flesh loves sin, the old nature is going to perish anyways, but the soul will go on forever.

WOW!! sounds familiar, like what is happening around us today, sin is abounding. 

We need to do as Paul said, “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”

As the times grow darker, we have God's Word to lead, teach, guide and protect us, as God did for Lot in Sodom;

Western governments have allocated well over $100 billion to prop up Ukraine in its war against Russia, with countless billions more flooding into the country at an increasing pace. Yet as each day passes, it’s becoming more and more clear that all of the money awarded and assigned to Ukraine continues to dissolve into a black hole of secrecy, corruption, deceit, and now, default.

On Wednesday, Ukraine finance ministry asked foreign creditors to accept a delay in its debt repayments, requesting a two year freeze on billions of dollars in Eurobonds. Per the Financial Times, “a rescheduling would amount to a Ukrainian default” on Kiev’s tens of billions in foreign debt.

“Ukraine’s dollar bonds due in 2033 are trading around 18 cents on the dollar, down from about 25 cents at the end of last month and more than 80 cents before Russia’s invasion in February,” the Bloomberg report adds, highlighting the continuing decline of creditor confidence.

Ukraine estimates a 35 to 45 percent crash in its GDP this year. The government in Kiev is hoping to finalize the debt deferral by August 9, Reuters reports.

In addition to the government as a whole, Ukraine’s state-owned infrastructure and national energy companies have also announced their intent to default on international bonds. Earlier this week, Kiev announced that it has sold some $12+ billion in gold reserves since the start of the war.

[7] For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

A fear years back I was talking and chatting with a Christian friend from another country, La’Ziel I’ll call her.
One of the things that she told me is she had full blown panic attacks where she’d curly up in the fetal position and lay on the floor panicking, quaking in fear. 

In talking with her I found out that these panic attacks would start out as a weird feeling, it would start small and almost immediately after the strange feeling she’d start hearing in her head something was wrong, something bad was going to happen.  The more these thoughts came the stronger the feeling of dread and woe became.  In her mind it would intensified and grow until the fear crippled her and she’d ball up in the fetal position.  It would take her a while but she’d come out of it.  A a lot of times it would happen again in the same day.

This conversation we had was over the course of a couple months.  At the beginning of our talking I remembered something that I experienced.  I was living outside of Los Angeles, roofing in L.A., driving about 30 miles or more to the job.  One week as I was driving the roofing truck to work with a few other guys from the crew, minding my own business, drinking coffee and watching the road, I started to feel a strange feeling come over me, a creepy tingling sensation, and I heard words in my head saying something was wrong, something bad was going to happen.  My mind started to mentally check the vehicle, was everything tied down and secure, going over in my mind anything that could be wrong.  I wanted to start cringing, and tighten up but I was driving.  As the thoughts were coming and the feeling was getting stronger, I just rebuked it in my mind, quit giving heed to it.  I realized it was all in my head, I kept driving and soon the fearful thoughts and weird feelings went away.

This actually continued the whole week on my  way to work, but having experienced the weird feeling  already I would rebuke and ignore it (resist the devil and he will FLEE from you), praising the Lord for His power.  **See Romans reference below explanation at the bottom of the post.

Panic attacks are nothing more than an attack by the devil and his legions.  To people that aren't saved and don't have the Lord or His children that don't know the workings of the devil and they don't know how to overcome it.  People I’ve mentioned this to, I’d say it starts with a strange feeling that they feel and then the thoughts of doom and woe come, nothing new.  See verses 14 – 16 below, they show how the devil played in Eliphaz the Temanite’s mind to fill his head with accusations against Job, and whispered in his ears what he wanted to plant, but first the weird strange frightful feeling prepared Eliphaz for the devil’s  words:
Job 4
[12] Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.
[13] In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,
[14] Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.
[15] Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:
[16] It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,
[17] Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?
[18] Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:
[19] How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth?
[20] They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it.
[21] Doth not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.

First came the weird feeling, a powerful feeling which made all Eliphaz’s bones to shake, then the whispering in his head and he bought the devils lies against Job, hook, line and sinker.

After talking about the panic attacks with La’Ziel over the course of a couple months, explaining how the devil was working in the panic attacks, praying with her and using scriptures to show her, her understanding grew in how the devil was working to put her in fear, take away her victory in Jesus, and she actually wanted to feel pity from others because of her  situation, that's human nature.  You don't pity people that are subject to the panic attacks, but you teach them, show them God's word and lead them out of the darkness (in the subject of panic attacks they are in darkness and ignorance), showing them in the spirit of meekness.  The panic attacks went away, she recognized those demons as they tried to put her in fear when the strange feeling started, rebuking them, and then running into the strong tower.
 
Proverbs 18
[10] The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

The smart child of God RUNS into the name of the Lord, they know that there's power in the name of Jesus and the demons tremble at the name of Jesus.
God’s knowledge and understanding are marvelous tools in the arsenal of the child of God.  The more we know and understand the stronger we are.  The devil knows this and is doing everything he can to distract and keep the people of God from their bible, bible studies or changing God's words in the bible to man’s diluted and polluted words.

Hosea 4
[6] My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:

[2] By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
[3] And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
[4] And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

We have hope, because we’ve experienced God’s faithfulness, we’ve experienced it in the past and our hope/faith increased.  Look at David, he was young, he killed a bear and lion, when it came time to battle Goliath, David had such hope/faith from his experiences ground in him of God’s faithfulness that when others of the children of Israel cowered and ran from the giant, David RAN TOWARDS the giant, because of being grounded in God's truths.

Because we have experienced trials in the past we grew.  We have seen God’s working, therefore we can wait PATIENTLY for God because of the assurance we have in God’s faithfulness. 

Isa.32
[17] And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

And having the experience, we have the hope, we wait with patience when the trials and tribulations come knowing in the tribulations we’ll grow in God.  I think when I’ve gone through trials is when I grew the most in God in my walk with Him. 

The mountain top is a great place to be (for a while), but in the trenches is where you grow and become rooted in Jesus.

I realize that in my conversation with La'Ziel that the scriptures would pop in my head, pulled out of my heart where they were written.  The same with the experiences I used to talk with her and show her examples and also the words.  I know it's really not in me, but the Lord helps us with His Spirit to bring to remembrance His words to give to someone, he helped me help her and I thank Him for it, she's a good friend and strong Christian.

Use what God has given you to edify someone, even if it's a kind and friendly word, you never know what they may be experiencing.
Acts 20
[32] And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
