I had thought the fourth scenario would be the one themed Deglobalization, and to a certain extent it still is. In the original outline I described that Deglobalization:

Massive Protest Today in Melbourne Australia Against Proposed COVID Laws and Opposition to Mandates

A massive protest is currently underway in the streets of Melbourne Australia (State of Victoria), where it is currently Saturday morning. Thousands of people are protesting the efforts of the Victoria government to codify COVID regulations into permanent law making the outrageous lockdown rules a permanent part of the toolbox for oppressive government control.
The State of Victoria, Melbourne area, led by Premier Daniel Andrews has been the epicenter of some of the most brutal police action against protestors. However, due to the scale of the crowds, it appears the police are no longer going to attempt to beat them into submission again or use rubber bullets.
It appears the international spotlight, provided by alternative media breaking through the control of the government media, has led to shame upon the political establishment. The police no longer seem willing to participate in the government efforts to stop voices of opposition.

COVID-19 found in Iowan deer as Minnesota hunting season opens
Firearm deer hunting season opens tomorrow in Minnesota, while a recent study says COVID-19 have been found in deer in the nearby state of Iowa.
(FOX 9) - When researchers in Iowa first began testing deer for COVID-19 in April of 2020, they didn’t find any signs of the virus for months. That changed in the fall when the first positives popped up in September and October.
Then in a seven-week period from just before Thanksgiving until January 10, 82.5% of the deer tested positive, signs that it was spreading rapidly among white-tailed deer.

Bill Gates has warned that governments must prepare for future pandemics and smallpox terror attacks by investing billions in research and development.
Bill Gates warned that world leaders must prepare for disasters like ‘smallpox terror attacks’ and called for the formation of a new billion-dollar World Health Organisation Pandemic Task Force.
Bill Gates gave the warning and bid for funds during a Policy Exchange thinktank interview with chair of the Health Select Committee and former UK health secretary Jeremy Hunt yesterday.
He said that countries like the US and the UK must spend ‘tens of billions’
Gates suggested that the ‘germ-games’ could include preparing for acts of bioterrorism such as smallpox attacks on airports, likening them to ‘war-games’ used by militaries to train for conflicts the world over.
